Bria for BroadWorks is a feature rich, open standards-based softphone that combines Voice and Video over IP, Instant Messaging (IM), Short Message Service (SMS), and Presence capabilities in a customizable user interface. Deployed in conjunction with 01 Telecom's platform, Bria for BroadWorks provides advanced call control capabilities, auto-provisioning and feature integration. The softphone also exposes Service Management, Call History and Contact Directory functionality directly within the client. Bria for BroadWorks enables users to take advantage of 01 Telecom's enhanced calling features to improve productivity including:
