Direct Debit Available Now!
The guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit 01 Telecom will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request 01 Telecom Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
Emails are being sent out to all customers today with attached Direct Debit Instruction forms. If you would like to sign up for Direct Debit payments then please fill out and return to the 01 Telecom office as soon as possible.
From the 1st April 2011 the detail of your bills will no longer be sent to you by email. Instead we would encourage customers to use the Nimbus Portal to download and view bills. Simply click 'Login' on the 01 Telecom home page which will redirect you to the Nimbus Portal. If you have forgotten or need your personal login details please contact the office on 0207 186 0101.
