One Number - Put yourself in control

Our One Number service allows you to present and publish a fixed line telephone number local to your business (example 01273 xxx xxx Brighton) - alternatively we can import in your current published business fixed line number) or a non geographic number (0800, 0845, 0870 xxx xxx). You then choose what response you want your customers to receive when that number is called and importantly a response appropriate to the time of day they call your business.
Options range from a simple call forward service to your chosen "destination" number, through simultaneous calling to 2 or 3 "destination" numbers (maybe a mobile and a landline - first to answer gets the call) to high functionality business hours/after business hours Virtual Front Offices with multiple "destination" options, including multiple answering services with customised announcements and associated voice mail boxes.
