Site Connectivity - Peace of mind with great performance

Every Hosted PBX user that has subscribed to our service needs their Handset, Softphone or Smartphone to have a connection back to our host equipment. This connection can take many forms. This might be using a connection through a public WiFi hotspot, sharing an existing home broadband connection or having a dedicated broadband connection where there are a number of users on the same physical site or office.

Our Hosted PBX service will work over any of the connections mentioned above but where there are 5 or more users on a single site we recommend installing a dedicated broadband connection.

Selecting the most appropriate broadband connection for your site is largely dependant upon the number of simultaneous calls that is anticipated:

For up to 6 simultaneous calls at each site - Business Broadband 6, service.

For up to 10 simultaneous calls at each site - Business Broadband 10, service.

If the requirement is forecast for more than 10 simultaneous calls; multiple broadband services can be easily aggregated together or a private circuit service is recommended that connects your site directly to our Hosted PBX platform.

All broadband services require the use of a standard analogue telephone line.
